This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Joy Junction website.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed at our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
2. Domestic shipping (India)
We ship across India. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free-shipping offers, if available, will be mentioned on the website.
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch:
- South India: 3–4 business days
- West India: 4–5 business days
- North-East: 6–7 business days Metro cities may receive orders faster. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or courier issues. Joy Junction is not responsible for courier delays.
3. Shipping address
Customers must provide an accurate and complete address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the re-shipping fee.
4. Order tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Damaged or lost orders
Damaged Orders: If the package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible. If accepted, take photos of the damaged packaging and contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
Lost Orders: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, check with neighbors or security. If still not found, contact us and we will initiate a courier investigation (may take up to 10 business days).
6. International shipping
We currently ship only within India.
7. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders of ₹600 and above
A flat shipping fee of ₹50–₹150 applies to orders below ₹599, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery Process
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at the provided address. If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.
To avoid delays or failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, and that a valid mobile number is provided at checkout.
Product Availability
We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and accurately priced. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, our team will contact you promptly.
