Do you offer international shipping?

No, at this time, we currently ship exclusively within India and do not offer international shipping.

Do you offer Express or Expedited Shipping?

No, we currently do not offer Express/Expedited Shipping. We are working to implement this service and will update our policy when it is available.

What is the standard delivery time for orders?

Our standard delivery time is typically 5-7 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all orders totaling ₹600 and above. For orders below ₹600, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (Suggested value).

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns/exchanges on products within 7 days (Suggested value) of delivery, provided the product is unused and returned in original packaging.
