Joy Junction Return & Exchange Policy

At Joy Junction, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges or returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Wrong Product Sent: If you received a different product than what you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, customers must adhere to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of product deliveryby sending image proof to returns@joyjunctiontoys.in.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and untornwith all its original tags intact.
  • It must be returned in the original manufacturer/brand packaging, along with all accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).
  • If any of the return guidelines are not met, we will not be able to process the exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

  • Customers must send an email to returns@joyjunctiontoys.inwithin 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The email should include the order number, a clear image proofof the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Step 2: Approval & Return Confirmation

  • Once we review the request, we will respond via the registered email address with confirmation.
  • The customer will then be required to return the productto the provided address.

Step 3: Quality Check (QC) & Approval

  • After we receive the product, it will undergo a careful quality check (QC).
  • If approved, we will notify the customer via email regarding the exchange or refund.

Step 4: Shipping the Replacement

  • If the return is approved, we will ship a replacement product within 5-6 business days.
  • For refunds, the process will be initiated after successful QC, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Customized Products: Including personalized items or special orders.
  • Sale/Offer Products: Items with heavy discounts (more than 20%)or products under Buy X Get Y Free offers.
  • Personal Care Items: Such as beauty or hygiene products.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items containing flammable liquids or gases.

For any specific product concerns, customers are encouraged to contact us before making a purchase.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product and complete quality verification.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment source. Example: If the payment was made via Debit Card, the refund will be credited to the linked bank account.
  • The refund process may take 5-7 business days after QC approval.

5. Important Return Guidelines

  • The product must be correctly packed when returned.
  • Customers must ensure that incorrect items are not handed over to our courier partners. Joy Junction is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of incorrectly returned products.

Exchange Policy

Joy Junction believes in & we can help its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on our website are only approximate values. While Joy Junction Shall Endeavour to ensure the accuracy of order of the products, there may be variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric, dyes, climatic situations at the time of dying, lighting, digital photography limitations, difference in displays or any other technical or technological reasons. A customer must place an order keeping in mind that minor variation may occur in color, weight, and work, size, etc. as seen on the website against the actual product received. For reference a new customer can check the reviews in our store.

DO’S AND DON’TS WHILE RECEIVING A PARCEL

  1. For any Cash on delivery packages Customers are not authorized to open the packet before payment.
  2. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person
  3. The Delivery man’s duty is limited with the delivery of the package to you safely. No more discussion should be entertained.
  4. Do not give any tips to the delivery person as we are paying well enough to the agencies.
  5. While you are ordering a cash on delivery order it is your responsibility to keep someone present at the address at working hours i.e. 9;00 AM to 6;00 PM.
  6. We cannot assure that the delivery agency will call you before delivery.

RETURN POLICIES

  2. In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been received, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receipt of item.
  3. It’s very important that you should never send back an item without consulting with us. You should NOT send back the item until and unless you have verified with us, otherwise no credit or replacement shall be given on such cases.
  4. Always mention the issues associated with a single order delivery or a package delivery at the same time.
  5. Be very much specific while describing the problem because all the returned items are thoroughly examined for defects and other related issues.
  6. At any circumstances, the amount of the item will be refunded only and not the shipping amount.
  7. Do return within 4 working days of confirmation from our end. Always return with original packing & original condition (no altered, washed, worn, opened and used items). Always include a copy of the original invoice you received from us.
  8. Since safe and secured delivery to you is always our responsibility, in the same way sending back the items safe and secured becomes your responsibility. If any unwanted damage happens in transit or the package doesn’t get delivered to us, then we are sorry to say that we cannot help you.
  9. Shipping Charges for Return is Free if product is Defective/Wrong Delivered.  If Customers’ remorse Rs.300/- need to pay as a return charge.

Reasons of Exchange

  1. Defective Item delivered.
  2. Wrong Item delivered.

REASONS WE DON’T EXCHANGE

  1. Complain about material & Size (We clearly mention each and every detail about material and quality hence product should be brought after reading product information properly)
  2. Defect occurred at your place.
  3. You are informing after 3 days.
  4. You have changed your mind.
  5. If exchange done once in the same order no.
  6. Heavily Discounted items like 20% or more or Buy X Get Y items offer.

REFUND 

A purchased product is normally not be refundable, but if some issues like manufacturing defects or damages, wrong product arises then just drop an E-mail to returns@joyjunctiontoys.in with your order no. and product details. Please note that refunds will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason you mentioned. If in case of any damage to the product from the customer’s end occurs, then those issues will not at all be entertained by us and we will not be responsible to give back to you any refund amount.

After receiving the product, quality check will be done at our warehouse, and we will initiate the refund of your money within 7-14 business days if applicable. The refund charge is 300 Rs due to delivery cost. The refund amount will be credited back as per the banking guidelines of your bank.

Availability of products

  1. The exchange of same design is subject to availability.
  2. In case of exchange, the selection of new product must be done within 3 days after delivery.
  3. Exchange can be done only once.
  4. Though we continuously aim at delivering the chosen products to you, there are times when we can’t fulfill some of your needs due to unavailability of the product at the warehouse. This happens mainly when the products are sold out or out of stock. In case of such a situation, we encourage our customers to select the next best option. If customers do not find an alternative which makes them as excited as their initial choice, we regretfully yet promptly refund the entire amount spent on the product along with the shipping charge with absolutely no deductions. We also offer a compensation by way of store credit depending upon the order value and delay in communication.

COLOR AND DESCRIPTION DISCLAIMER:

We joyjunctiontoys.in do our best to present the products on our website as they appear in original. While great effort has been put to accurately reproduce products in their original style and texture, there may be minor variations from the actual product. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on the website or your computer screen. A minor variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these products tend to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor. We request you to place an order keeping in mind these minor variations in the product as seen on a computer.
